Sold to the second prospective buyer at above asking price. Technically, it was sold before it was even on the market. It was planned to be on the market on a Monday, but since some buyers were not going to be available, they were shown the property on Sunday. The second buyer submitted an offer. Got it done!

(He also helped find vendors that could do the work, which can be difficult in a rural area.) We needed to do the end of the process remotely; he made this really easy. He explained every step of the selling process and I never felt pressured to do things a particular way - he would help us see pros and cons of different options.
